Job Duties
- Support & administer Windows OS (desktop & server), Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Microsoft 365
- Manage VMware and VDI environments
- Troubleshoot and maintain network infrastructure (mostly Fortinet and HPE)
- Deploy servers, desktops, and assist with migrations and upgrades
- Act as an escalation point and mentor junior techs
- Maintain documentation and collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Education
- Associate's Degree, computer science or information technology
- Bachelor's Degree, computer science or information technology
- College Diploma, computer science or information technology
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Qualification
- 5+ Years in a MSP Environment
- Proficient working on VM and VDI Environments
- 5+ Years working with Windows OS, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP
- Commute to the office at least 4 days a week
