Systems Administrator 

Location: Tallahassee, FL

Duration: 2+ months, Onsite

Seeking for a Systems Administrator to assist in managing, troubleshooting, and executing cloud services and platforms. This role involves ensuring infrastructure, applications, and data support business needs. Responsibilities include user management, security oversight, and resource monitoring.

• Support and expand infrastructure.
• Coordinate server configuration and administration.
• Recommend server and software upgrades.
• Monitor systems for security, availability, and performance.
• Evaluate network performance issues and establish connections and firewalls.
• Perform systems monitoring, analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Manage Azure DevOps projects and organizational settings.
• Deploy and manage AWS, Microsoft Azure, and other cloud services.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Proficiency in networking principles and cloud-based architectures.
• In-depth knowledge of AWS and Microsoft Azure Services.
• Experience with Microsoft Server products and Linux administration.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Experience:

• 2-3 years with Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, and 2022.
• 2-3 years in IIS Administration.
• 2-3 years in network communications (TCP/IP, DNS, Samba/CIFS).
• 2-3 years of professional experience in AWS cloud systems.
• 3-5 years in infrastructure/network environments support and administration.
• 5-8 years in information systems engineering or a related field.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or technical institute degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
