We are seeking an experienced IT professional with 5–10 years of hands-on experience to manage and support our organization's technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining network systems, ensuring cybersecurity compliance, supporting end users, managing hardware and software deployments, and driving continuous improvements across the IT environment.

The Role:
As an IT Manager / Systems Administrator, you will oversee and support the company's technology infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud systems, cybersecurity, and end-user support. You will ensure reliable and secure IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, lead technology improvement projects, and partner with employees and leadership to deliver effective technology solutions that support business growth.

What You'll Be Doing:


  • Manage and maintain company networks, servers, cloud environments, and IT infrastructure.
  • Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and other business-critical systems.
  • Monitor system performance, security, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
  • Implement and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
  • Coordinate hardware procurement, software licensing, and vendor relationships.
  • Lead technology upgrades, system implementations, and infrastructure improvement projects.
  • Maintain documentation for IT systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry security standards.
  • Train and support employees on IT systems and security awareness.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement technology solutions that improve operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For:


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Industry certifications are a plus i.e. CompTIA Security+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or similar.
  • 5–10 years of progressive IT experience in systems administration, network administration, or IT support.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies.
  • Experience with network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, wireless networks, and VPNs.
  • Experience supporting multiple locations and remote users.
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, backup solutions, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Experience with ERP, HRIS, and business application support.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, endpoint protection, and data security best practices.
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
