Summary/Objective
Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) is seeking energetic candidates to join our established and growing Huntsville-headquartered team.
Essential Functions
Serve as IT systems trusted advisor.
Provide expert council on selection of IT systems, components, and technologies.
Oversee integration planning and deployment of IT systems. Coordinate with customer to ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards, including STIG, RMF, and vulnerability management best practice.
Evaluate technologies and recommend solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Required Education and Experience
BA/BS in a related field
Minimum of 20 years related experience supporting classified and unclassified DoD environments.
Senior / expert level knowledge of the following:
IT infrastructure design and implementation
Windows workstation and Server OS
Active Directory
RHEL
VMware vCenter/vSphere
High performance computing clusters (HPC)
Automation tools such as PowerShell and Ansible
RMF auditing
STIG mitigation
SCAP/SCC
Vulnerability management with Tenable Nessus
Patch and configuration management (WSUS)
Backup and recovery implementations
Log and event monitoring and management
Minimum of DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification
US Citizenship Required
