Required Skills & Education A bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, with experience in computer software development, modification, and maintenance. Relevant experience may substitute for the bachelors degree on a year-for-year basis. 8 years of experience with government IT projects as a software developer, software engineer, or related field 8 years of experience building and optimizing SQL statements and stored procedures 3 years of experience supporting Water Quality/Safety Information Systems, preferably in a government setting Working knowledge of ASP.NET, .NET, C#, HTML, and CSS Preferred Skills Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting SDWIS, Water Quality Exchange (WQX), SWIFT, and DWSFTIES Experience with Apache Tomcat and Java Experience working or collaborating with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Experience using service/help desk ticket platforms and Microsoft Office products ***Lumen and / or its clients will not provide equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.) to the selected contractor. The contractor must have their own equipment.
