This role supports identity and access management processes, user access governance, audit readiness, and security compliance initiatives. The analyst works closely with business stakeholders, auditors, and technical teams to maintain a secure and efficient access management environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage the complete user access lifecycle, including account provisioning, modifications, transfers, and de-provisioning activitiesEnsure access permissions align with least-privilege security principles and organizational policiesPartner with business leaders and data owners to define and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) structuresCoordinate and facilitate periodic User Access Reviews (UARs) and certification campaignsGenerate reports, collect approvals, and maintain documentation for compliance purposesRespond to internal and external audit requests by gathering logs, reports, and supporting evidenceMonitor and identify Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts and implement remediation measuresInvestigate and resolve access-related incidents, authentication issues, and permission discrepanciesMaintain accurate records and documentation of access management activitiesSupport ongoing security and compliance initiatives to ensure audit readiness and operational effectiveness **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
