JOB SUMMARY

The System Manager of Enrollment Services is responsible for the strategic oversight and operational performance of provider enrollment functions with government and commercial payors across the health system, as well as system-level coordination of facility credentialing and enrollment activities. This role ensures timely, accurate enrollment to support revenue cycle integrity, minimize reimbursement delays, and reduce write-offs associated with enrollment deficiencies. The System Manager leads a structured team consisting of a Lead Enrollment Specialist and Commercial and Government Enrollment Specialists, and partners closely with Revenue Cycle, Billing, Contracting, and operational leaders to optimize enrollment workflows and improve financial outcomes. The System Manager collaborates with system and hospital leadership to coordinate facility credentialing and enrollment processes across multiple entities. This role ensures alignment, standardization, and compliance while supporting local operational needs. The position serves as a key liaison between enrollment, facility operations, and downstream revenue cycle functions, driving measurable improvements in reimbursement performance.

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration or a related field required.

CPES or similar certification preferred

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 5 years of healthcare experience including:

  • Provider enrollment (required)
  • Facility credentialing/enrollment (strongly preferred)
  • Revenue cycle or professional billing experience (strongly preferred)

Minimum 3 years previous leadership or management experience (required)
