We are looking for a Hardware System Engineer to lead the development and production support of airborne platforms for our Haifa site. You will play a key role in defining, designing, and implementing complex systems that combine advanced hardware and software, driving technological solutions from concept to customer delivery. Join a multidisciplinary team operating at the forefront of airborne systems development, and influence the next generation of defense aircraft.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and validate complex systems that combine hardware and software, from concept definition through detailed design, integration, and customer delivery
- Define system requirements and document specifications and design
- Lead integration processes and manage interfaces between multiple domains in multidisciplinary systems
- Support production and testing processes with subcontractors in Israel and abroad
- Provide technical support throughout the product life cycle while collaborating with engineering, operations, and customer teams
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Aeronautical Engineering
- M.Sc. in Systems Engineering - advantage
- Experience in systems engineering or development of complex multidisciplinary systems
- Experience in military systems integration
- Proven ability to lead development processes in a matrix environment
- Experience managing subcontractors
- Fast learning ability and strong analytical skills
- Broad system-level perspective and strong collaboration and leadership capabilities
- Good command of English
- Willingness to travel to various sites in Israel and abroad
- Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
