At Merrimack Health, we are committed to pay transparency and equity. The base salary rangeis $74.63- $111.95, excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses.
Your final base salary will be determined based on your education, experience, licensure, andinternal equity considerations. Offers are typically made below the top of the rangeto support future salary growth.
Responsible for the development, implementation, growth and management of the Cardiovascular Service Line, including cardiac catheterization lab, echo, stress lab and EKG. Provides direct operational oversight and management of care for staff and patients. Ensure that the service line demonstrates a high-quality, cost-effective program in order to position cardiovascular services as a leader in the region. Works closely with other nursing directors, organizational leaders and clinical services across the organization to achieve program goals. Partners with nursing educators to ensure ongoing education and competencies are achieved. Works collaboratively with the Medical Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Lab to maintain the Chest Pain Accreditation and Heart Failure Accreditation (HF). Establish strong partnerships and collaborative working relationships with cardiologists and other physicians to promote evidence-based practice for the ACS and HF patients. Responsible for oversight of accreditations in Cardiac Catheterization, Chest Pain and Heart Failure. Chair respective accreditation committees and represent the hospital (s) in the community to ensure the provision of innovative community-based cardiac education and services.
