Seeking an experienced engineering manager to lead the Sensor Architectures Department's Naval & Fixed Site Digital Array Radar group.
Responsible for overseeing staff development, technical excellence, program execution, and functional initiatives, including hiring, onboarding, and process implementation.
Manage a diverse team supporting next-generation radar, EW, and sensor programs, providing system architecture definition, requirements analysis, and algorithm development.
Collaborate across programs, act as systems engineering focal point for proposals and IRAD activities, and support critical project phases.
Requirements include a bachelor's degree in a related field, proven leadership in complex technical systems, full lifecycle product development experience, and ability to obtain a security clearance.
Preferred skills include advanced degrees, prior management experience, strong communication, proposal development, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Location is Moorestown, NJ, with part-time remote work options. Compensation ranges from $139,600 to $246,100, with comprehensive benefits.
