As a System Analyst Officer, you will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our infrastructure systems. Your expertise will be crucial in providing production support, developing strategic roadmaps, and managing server administration. You will also lead and coordinate work with other IT resources, assist in strategic planning and budgeting, and ensure compliance with regulations. Your mentorship and guidance will help develop the skills of our Infrastructure Team.

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 5:00 pm (hours may vary)

Compensation

The salary pay range for this role is $102,000 - $125,000/year; commensurate with experience

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in server administration, infrastructure management, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of server technologies, including VMWare, virtualization, and backup systems.
  • Experience with email systems, virtual desktop infrastructure, network systems, and cloud computing is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities, able to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for server administration and infrastructure management.
  • Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and enhance infrastructure systems and applications, including physical and virtual servers, VMWare, and backup systems.
  • Provide production support and assist in developing strategic roadmaps for server administration and management.
  • Lead and coordinate work with other IT Division resources, ensuring efficient collaboration.
  • Assist management in strategic planning, budgeting, and project management, contributing to the overall success of the IT Infrastructure department.
  • Manage operations and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to regulations and best practices.
  • Mentor and guide other team members, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and skill development.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends, proposing innovative solutions to improve server administration and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with security teams to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and applications.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of server administration and infrastructure management processes.
