Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a System Administrator for a Contract with a client in Indianapolis, IN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering and optimizing endpoint monitoring platforms, driving improved digital employee experience, and delivering actionable insights through analytics and automation.

Rate Range: $37/hour to $42/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

System Administrator Job Responsibilities include:

  • Administer and configure the Nexthink platform, ensuring optimal performance and system stability across endpoints.

  • Monitor endpoint performance, analyze user experience data, and implement improvements to enhance DEX scores.

  • Perform proactive issue identification (problem hunting) and troubleshoot complex system and data discrepancies.

  • Develop dashboards, reports, and automation workflows to provide actionable insights and improve IT operations.

  • Integrate Nexthink with enterprise tools (ITSM, Active Directory, chatbots) to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, governance, and optimization of endpoint management solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in IT operations, endpoint management, or Nexthink platform administration.

  • Strong hands-on expertise with Nexthink (NQL, DEX optimization, problem hunting) and endpoint management tools like Intune or SCCM.

  • Proven ability to implement automation (PowerShell/Python), integrate with enterprise systems (ITSM, chatbots), and drive measurable improvements in user experience and IT performance.

Pay Details: $37.00 to $42.00 per hour
