Overview:

MANA’s System Administrator II will analyze, troubleshoot, upgrade, and maintain the reliable operations of all computer, server, storage, voice, cloud and network related systems.  They will manage department projects under the direction of the Information Systems Director and Senior SysAdmins. Software applications support, user account security management, and some general support services are also handled by this position. 

 

Position has the opportunity to be hybrid but requires the candidate to be physically located in NWA

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage various department projects
  2. Maintain and support Windows, VMware, Cisco/Meraki, Azure, SQL, etc technologies
  3. Support data center and network infrastructure and maintain high availability to provide uptime for critical business applications
  4. Build, manage, and maintain physical and virtual servers
  5. Manage user access security and permissions to network resources.
  6. Maintain OS and application system and security updates as needed.
  7. Assist in implementing new software applications and systems.
  8. Respond to tech support requests in a timely fashion.
  9. Troubleshooting of day-to-day computer, application, and user problems.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Position has the opportunity to be hybrid but requires the candidate to be physically located in NWA
  • 5 years related experience, healthcare IT specific experience; preferred not required
