This job is with Encode, Inc a fully owned subsidiary of Lancesoft Job Description... Oversees system integration, hardware and software installation, configuration and disposition of servers and workstations to support the architecture Provides complex problem resolution, root cause analysis and technical support for delivery systems Participates in the design, validation and configuration management of computing delivery systems Plans and coordinates system changes Administers user system access and establishes safeguards to protect information to meet security requirements Oversees activities to monitor system performance to support capacity planning, backup and disaster recovery planning Mentors, leads and trains others This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Successfully completed a Tier 5 Investigation (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) by the federal government within the last 5 years or agreed to enter a Continuous Vetting program such that 5 year updates are no longer required Active Full Scope Polygraph 5+ years of experience as a systems administrator 5+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience EEO Employer LanceSoft is a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and an equal opportunity employer.
