This job is with Encode, Inc a fully owned subsidiary of Lancesoft In this role you will operate as the Specialized (US) Infrastructure Operations (SUSIO) – IT Site Operations Support Technician and provide system operations support for break/fix, installation, access control, information assurance and request fulfillment of IT services. The role provides problem resolution and technical support for delivery systems. Provides support for the design, validation and configuration management of computing delivery systems. Administers users system access and works to protect information to meet security requirements. Monitors system performance to support capacity planning, backup and disaster recovery planning. Provides direct user support for various Engineering tools and productivity applications. Position Responsibilities: • Provides system administration and management for all Windows Workstations and system test consoles (STCs) supporting the environment. • Configure security policies and apply necessary security patches and system updates to maintain security compliance and continuous monitoring. • Provides IT support to satisfy Government, Program Security compliance requirements utilizing Enterprise services when applicable. • Provide the software, hardware, and management of all Windows Workstations within the Program Enterprise. • Partner with other IT Infrastructure Teams to develop, manage, and integrate requirements for infrastructure services to meet business, program, site, and functional needs. • Assist the IT Business Success Leader performing business planning, demand management, and prioritization for IT infrastructure services. • Partner with other IT infrastructure teams to communicate plans and manage service escalations. • Lead business impact assessment for production system outages. • Lead end-to-end service delivery management for IT infrastructure services to ensure business requirements are met and consistent with Service Level Agreements. • Partner closely with Program Management, Program Chief of Staff and the IT Business Success Leader to prioritize and schedule IT projects, initiatives and service requests Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): • Windows Active Directory Administration Skills • Security Plus Certification • Top Secret, SCI Tier 5 Active must have been active in the last 24 months to be considered active clearance Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): • Working knowledge of Risk Management Framework and Continuous Monitoring Cycle • CISSP • Information Assurance Skills
