- Proficient in interdepartmental communication - focus on coordination with regard to Zoom Webinar and DMC tasks,
- Baseline understanding of networking and collaboration applications.
- Baseline understanding of SNOW ticket/task handling.
- Baseline understanding of creating reports for reporting trends, metrics, and issues for products that are supported.
- Ability to be trained and learn new portfolio products with a focus on supporting development.
- Ability in testing software and firmware package for Zoom Room products.
