Role Description:
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Working with clients to understand their business processes and identify specific needs.
- SYSPRO Configuration: Setting up and customizing the SYSPRO system to meet the clients requirements.
- Process Mapping: Visualizing and documenting existing and future business processes within SYSPRO.
- Implementation Support: Providing technical assistance during the implementation process.
- Training: Educating end-users on how to use SYSPRO effectively.
- Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation for the SYSPRO implementation.
- Post-Implementation Support: Providing ongoing support and assistance to clients after the implementation.
