About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable person to join our production team. The primary focus of this role is prepping and making syrups, bottling, and maintaining a clean, efficient kitchen environment. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy hands-on food production, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Syrup Production: Prep ingredients, mix batches, and monitor syrup production processes.
- Bottling & Packaging: Set up bottles, bottle finished juice/syrup, and complete lot code forms accurately.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Wash dishes, clean juice machines, sweep, mop, and clean tables/sinks.
- Equipment: Operate scales accurately and maintain kitchen tools.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Punctual and able to follow directions.
- Capable of lifting 50 lbs to shoulder height repeatedly.
- Comfortable working at a fast pace in a kitchen environment.
- Able to work independently and stay on task.
- Food Safety: Valid Food Handler s Card required (or ability to obtain one immediately).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen or food production experience.
