Job Summary
Provides assistance and excellent customer service to individuals contacting the Hospital for medical services, business or other needs. Operators will receive calls and connects people to the appropriate locations or extension. Ability to utilize the on line beeper system and provide emergency communications as necessary to Local, State, Federal or other agencies as directed

Minimum Education/Certifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum Work Experience
Customer service experience and 1 year Switchboard Operator experience.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: Must be willing to work holidays, weekends and provide additional coverage as needed
