Location: Elk Grove Village, IL
Job Type: Temp to Hire

Shift: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Pay Rate: $20 - $25 (depending on experience)

Job Summary

Our client is seeking motivated individuals experienced in operating Swiss CNC mills to produce high-precision components. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship while maintaining productivity across multiple machines in a clean, climate-controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Swiss CNC machines to produce precision parts to specification
• Set up tools, make offsets, and adjust machine settings as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints and tight tolerance specifications
• Measure and inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy
• Monitor multiple machines and organize production workflow efficiently
• Maintain consistent production while ensuring quality standards are met
• Keep work area clean and organized while following safety procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating Swiss CNC machinery
• Familiarity with G-code programming and machine setup
• Ability to set tools, make offsets, and inspect precision parts
• Strong understanding of tight tolerances and blueprint reading
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple machines
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
