Job Description
Experienced Pool Service Technician
- Lead on residential pool openings and closings
- Perform installations of residential pool equipment (ie. pumps, filter, heaters, chlorinators, etc)
- Provide regular maintenance on residential swimming pools per our service agreement stipulations.
- Collect data associated with customers pool (images and measurements)
- Navigate company provided smart device to access daily job log and manufacturers application.
- Communicate with customers in regards to there pool service expectations and current or future services
- Provide leadership and guidance to assistant regarding on site and warehouse responsibilities.
- Service vehicle organization and cleaning daily.
- Provide advice and guidance to our customer base in regards to chemicalization and operation of there pool.
- Provide quotes for recommended service and repair.
- Operate provided service vehicle in a safe and legal manner.
- Maintain company provided tool and equipment.
- Be equipped with a personal set of hand tools required to perform maintenance and repair in a professional and timely manner.
- Communicate issues in the field with management and office staff.
