We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Swimming Instructor to teach group water aerobics and develop swimming skills for children and adults of all levels.
Responsibilities include conducting classes with up to 20 participants, teaching swimming techniques and water safety, assessing student progress, and ensuring safety protocols. The instructor must evaluate performance, provide feedback, complete reports, and maintain equipment.
Requirements include certification as a swim instructor or lifeguard, CPR/First Aid, proven teaching experience, strong swimming skills, and effective communication. Patience, enthusiasm, and the ability to motivate students are essential.
