The Swim Team Assistant Coach assists in the development of daily practice sessions including dry-land training, stretching, and swim training for all skill levels.
Available to Gator Swim Team members and parents to answer questions concerning the program.
At least 18 years old
2 years of directly related experience
American Red Cross CPR and First Aid Certification - Training available at the YMCA
Within 1 month of hire:
Foundations of Coaching 101
Concussion Education Certificate
Athlete Protection Training
Safety Training for Swim Coaches Certification
Within 6 months of hire:
lifeguarding certificiation

Shifts Needed:
15 - 20 hours per week for practices and weekends.
Summer- Mostly afternoons and evenings with some mornings. Weekend meets as well
