Swim Lesson Instructor

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for organizing and writing lesson plans in accordance with the American Red Cross
• Responsible for teaching swimming lessons in accordance with the American Red Cross guidelines
• Responsible for completing necessary course record sheets for the American Red Cross
• Responsible for evaluating and placing students in proper swim level
• Responsible for end of class report card evaluation

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be able to demonstrate all required swimming skills that meet the American Red Cross guidelines
• Skilled in planning and conduction swimming classes
• Ability to maintain timely and accurate reports
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively work and communicate with co-workers, parents and students
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
