Position Summary
The Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing (SVP, Sales & Marketing) is responsible for leading Crown Bioscience's global commercial organization and driving sustainable revenue growth across all regions and service platforms. This executive develops and executes global commercial strategies, strengthens customer relationships, enhances commercial effectiveness, and ensures alignment between customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives.
As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the SVP, Sales & Marketing partners closely with Scientific Operations, Innovation, Finance, Human Resources, and Regional Leadership teams to support the company's strategic goals and deliver exceptional value to customers worldwide.
The role is accountable for global revenue generation, market expansion, customer engagement, commercial excellence, brand positioning, portfolio growth, and overall commercial performance.
This position reports to CEO and is fully remote.
