Description
Seeking a visionary leader to oversee and scale an integrated engineering organization.
This pivotal role involves directing the technical strategy for core areas, reporting to the CTO, and being part of the R&D executive team.
Responsible for organizational development, career pathing, and professional frameworks across the department.
Requires deep expertise in cloud infrastructure and compliance in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
Define and own a unified engineering roadmap across core areas, ensuring seamless integration of technical solutions.
Lead architecture review processes for platform resilience and compliance with industry standards.
Advise executive leadership on technical debt, resource allocation, and scalability strategies.
Design and implement career path frameworks and mentorship programs to foster a high-performance culture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate scientific needs into secure technical solutions.

Qualifications
12 years of progressive experience in software engineering, with 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven ability to operate at the executive level, directly reporting to C-Suite executives.
Deep experience within regulated industries such as Life Sciences or Healthcare.
Track record of managing complex systems and fostering organizational growth.
Experience in AI-driven transformation of engineering practices.
