Cimarron is seeking a *Sustainment Lead - C2BMC Test Facility t*o support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract at Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado.  The Sustainment Lead is critical to the management, operation, and sustainment of the Command and Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) Test Facility (CTF) delivering specialized, mission-centric IT services to support the MDA testing mission of our government customer.
Key Duties: 
- Supervise a 20-person team responsible for the daily operations and sustainment of a multimillion-dollar test lab enterprise network.
- Provide strategic and tactical direction to ensure alignment with contract and organizational objectives.
- Manage task prioritization, personnel assignments, and scheduling to support patching, maintenance, and software release activities.
- Oversee C2BMC configuration baselines in accordance with team, organizational, and program-level processes.
- Ensure all maintenance actions on CTF systems are properly tracked, documented, and completed using the designated ticketing system.
- Monitor key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of maintenance and operational activities.
- Maintain operational readiness of all CTF systems to support scheduled test activities.
- Track, report, and brief issues impacting CTF operations until fully resolved.
- Coordinate with government stakeholders, development leads, and customers to align priorities, address technical issues, and support planning.
- Facilitate working groups, technical exchanges, and presentations to communicate CTF status, challenges, and updates.
- Collaborate with peer managers to integrate resources and streamline cross-team activities.
- Continuously evaluate team performance, processes, and responsibilities to identify improvement opportunities.
- Perform Cost Account Manager (CAM) duties by managing financial and personnel resources to meet contract requirements within scope, schedule, and budget.
Required/Desired Skills, Experience, and Education
Required Skills, Experience, and Education:

- Active Secret Clearance (or higher). 
- 8 or more years of directly related or specialized experience in IT systems management.
- 3 or more years of experience in a management or leadership role.
- Experience with budget and financial management.
- Proven experience interviewing, hiring, and evaluating candidates for IT technical positions.
- 3 or more years of experience supporting C2BMC systems.
- Current CompTIA Security+ CE certification or DoD-approved 8140 baseline certification.
- Ability to work occasional evenings, nights, or weekends as needed.
- High School diploma or equivalent and 14 or more years of experience, Associate degree and 12 or more years of experience, Bachelor's degree and 10 or more years of experience, or Master's degree and 8 or more years of experience. 
Desired Skills, Experience, and Education: 
- Experience in Systems Administration, Network Engineering, or VMware.
- Experience working in an IT testing or development environment.
