At Excelitas Technologies you are how we EXCEL.We are currently seeking a Sustaining Quality Manager who be responsible for leading developing and mentoring a team responsible for production quality supplier quyality complaints and the RMA process.Main responsibilitiesOversee the investigation and resolution of product process supplier and customer quality issues ensuring effective containment root cause analysis corrective actions and timely closure.Drive quality improvements by analyzing trends performance metrics customer feedback supplier performance and COPQ data to identify and eliminate recurring issues.Partner with Manufacturing Engineering Operations and Supply Chain teams to improve process capability reduce defects and enhance overall product quality.Manage customer quality concerns complaints RMAs and escalations to ensure effective communication issue resolution and customer satisfaction.Oversee supplier quality performance including supplier nonconformances corrective actions development activities and ongoing performance monitoring.Utilize quality tools and data analysis techniques including SPC MSA and risk-based methodologies to drive process improvement and operational excellence.Support internal customer and certification audits while ensuring compliance with quality system requirements and customer expectations.Other duties as assignedRequirementsBachelors degree in Engineering Quality Manufacturing or a related technical field.7 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.ASQ CQE CMQOE or equivalent certification preferred.Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Black Belt or similar continuous improvement certification preferred.Experience with SPC MSA process capability analysis and data analytics tools such as Power BI preferred.Benefits start day 1 Medical Dental Vision 401K Holiday Pay PAID MaternityPaternity leave Tuition Reimbursement Long-term and Short-term disability.Pay range 114380 - 137000 annually depending on experience.Our facility in Boulder Colorado has key functions in Research and Development Operations Production and other disciplines.
