The Sushi Team Leader (STL) is a full-time on-site supervisory role responsible for overseeing sushi operations in a kiosk setting.
They manage schedule adherence, product ordering, food safety, and team training of Sushi Chefs.
Key duties include driving sales through operations, controlling profit and loss via inventory and waste management, preparing sushi per company standards, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
The STL recruits, coaches, and evaluates team members, ensures quality and safety in food prep, and promotes excellent customer service.
Qualifications include at least three years in food service, sushi rolling experience, strong knife skills, and a valid food handler's license.
The role requires professionalism, communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
Salary ranges from $21.00 to $26.00 hourly.
