Available Roles
- Salmon Cutter: Responsible for precise cutting, trimming, and portioning of salmon to company standards.
- Packers: Pack finished sushi products for distribution, ensuring accurate labeling and presentation.
- Prep Department: Handle ingredients preparation including rice, vegetables, and seafood for daily production.
- Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness of production areas, equipment, and tools in compliance with food safety standards.
- Nigiri Line: Assemble Nigiri sushi with accuracy and consistency in size, shape, and weight.
- Robot Operator: Operate and monitor sushi-making machines, including rice robot and roller machines.
- Warehouse: Handle inventory, receive and organize materials, assist with stock rotation and distribution support.
Requirements
- Must be flexible with schedule (including overtime, weekends, and holiday shifts)
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Follow strict hygiene and food safety guidelines
- Must adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Food Safety experience preferred.
