Responsibilities:
• Prepare sushi rolls, sashimi, and other menu items to spec
• Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Ensure proper handling and storage of seafood
• Assist with prep and inventory for sushi station
• Maintain speed and consistency during service
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
• Previous sushi experience required
• Strong knife skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of fish handling and sushi rice preparation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
