We are hiring a full-time Sushi Chef II for a sushi bar within a retail food market.

- Responsibilities include preparing sushi rice, slicing fish and vegetables, maintaining hygiene, ensuring ingredient quality, minimizing waste, and providing excellent customer service.
- The ideal candidate should have at least two years of sushi experience, strong knife skills, and a food handler's license.
- Must communicate effectively in English, work well under pressure, and uphold professionalism and food safety standards.
- Key competencies include culinary expertise, product knowledge, quality control, and waste management.
The position offers a salary of $18.00-$20.00 per hour.
