We are seeking a dedicated Sushi Chef for our Food & Beverage Department in a premier casino environment.
- Prepare and evaluate fresh fish, create visually appealing sushi dishes, and educate diners on sushi options.
- Maintain cleanliness, sharpen knives, and adhere to food safety standards.
- Assist in developing new recipes, manage inventory, and communicate any issues promptly.
- No supervisory responsibilities; requires at least 1 year of sushi chef experience, knowledge of sushi-grade fish, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 75 pounds, and work in a loud, smoky environment.
Candidates must pass background and drug tests, be 21+, and provide required identification.
