We're seeking passionate Sushi Cooks to join us in creating an exciting dining experience that blends traditional sushi craftsmanship with innovative Japanese-American fusion cuisine.

The Role:
As a Sushi Cook, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen, responsible for:

• Preparing fresh sushi, nigiri, rolls, and other Japanese specialties with precision and care
• Maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and food safety
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to execute our menu during busy service periods
• Contributing to a positive, fast-paced kitchen environment
• Taking pride in your craft and continuously honing your sushi-making skills
