As a Survey Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing project scopes, preparing cost proposals, and negotiating contract terms to ensure clarity and alignment with client expectations. You will manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Building and maintaining strong client relationships will be key to your success, as you will work to ensure client satisfaction and foster opportunities for future business. Additionally, you will supervise, mentor, and develop survey team members, helping them grow professionally and enhance their skills. Throughout the life of each project, you will ensure quality control, maintaining the highest standards of work. Effective communication, both verbal and written, will be crucial as you collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned.

 

You will need experience and skills as follows:

  • Arizona Registered Land Surveyor (RLS).
  • At least 10 years of land surveying experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the Public Land Survey System, Arizona Boundary Survey Minimum Standards, municipal survey requirements, and ALTA/NSPS Minimum Standards.
  • Proficient in using Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil 3D software.
  • Valid Arizona driver’s license and a clean driving record.
