Responsibilities include supervising survey crews, coordinating with contractors, ensuring quality control, and managing equipment and records. The role requires providing guidance, training, and mentoring to junior staff, as well as engaging with clients and promoting the firm's capabilities.
Qualifications include at least 3 years of land surveying experience, knowledge of survey techniques and equipment (total station, GPS), and familiarity with AutoCAD and Civil 3D is preferred. A high school diploma or GED is required, with relevant experience considered.
