Seeking a Survey Party Chief 1 - Survey Crew Chief for a full-time, permanent role in Cincinnati, OH.
Candidates should have 5+ years of combined field and office survey experience, including leadership and staff development. Experience with right of ways, boundaries, utilities, planimetric features, and familiarity with ALTA/NSPS, construction layout, boundary surveys, subdivision platting, legal descriptions, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Trimble Business Center is preferred. SI or PS Certification is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a crew environment are required.
Responsibilities include processing field data, QA/QC, maintaining productivity reports, developing topographic and control surveys into AutoCAD Civil 3D drawings, and coordinating field services. Occasional field survey duties may also be performed.
