Facility: Bismarck Med Ctr Location: Bismarck, ND Address: 300 N 7th St, Bismarck, ND 58501, USA Shift: Day Job Schedule: Full time Weekly Hours: 40.00 Salary Range: $24.00 - $38.50 Pay Info: $15,000 sign-on bonus available for eligible applicants with a three year work commitment. Non-certified techs will start at $24.00/hour and certified techs will start at $26.50/hour and increase based on years of applicable work experience.

Department Details

Orientation for new employees is usually 3-5 months and is 8-hour shifts. Once employee is off of orientation, employee will move to 10-hour shifts Monday-Friday with one day off each week. The position does require call which is once every week and one weekend every 5-6 weeks.

• Provide assistance to the surgeon during surgical procedures, including preparing and organizing operating room instruments and supplies.
• Anticipate the surgeons needs during a procedure.

Qualifications

Position requirements:

• A graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
• Must be on the must be on the North Dakota Board of Nursing Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP) Registry at the time employment begins.
• National certification preferred, but not required. New grads are welcome to apply with or within certification.
