Surgical Tech and Ortho Tech

Seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team!

We are looking for an experienced, certified surgical technologist to assist our surgeons in the OR. Additionally, this role will include on-site training as an Orthopedic Technician. This role will serve both as a CST and an orthopedic technician.

OR Duties include but are not limited to:

• Ensure the preparation and maintenance of the sterile field in the OR
• Perform instrument counts prior to each procedure
• Prepare patient skin for surgical treatment
• Position and re-position patient during surgery
• Help monitor patients during surgery
• Provide supportive care during the pre-operative phase
• Perform scrub functions
• Follow all federal, state and departmental safety procedures

• We need a detailed-oriented individual with a professional appearance and stable work history.
• Candidate must have have a current Certified Surgical Technician.
• Be willing to learn all necessary knowledge/skills to become a certified orthopedic technician. We will provide the training.
• Take evening, weekend, and holiday call once the orthopedic technician training is complete.
