Seeking Surgical Services Assistant!

Full-time, three 12-hour shifts - 6:30am-7:00pm, Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday, with holiday and weekend rotation

Southern Indiana/Louisville, Kentucky area

The Surgical Services Assistant is an invaluable team member, who under the general supervision of nursing, will perform delegated tasks of stocking surgical supplies, turning over operating rooms between patients, assisting with patient positioning and prepping, transporting inpatients to and from surgery, delivering specimens to the lab, obtaining blood products when needed, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• BLS certification from approved BLS course required, will provide training
