Description

We are seeking an experienced Surgical Scheduler to support a healthcare team by coordinating surgical procedures, scheduling patient appointments, managing incoming calls, and ensuring accurate communication between patients, providers, and clinical staff. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced medical environment.

Qualifications

3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating surgical procedures
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to manage high call volumes and maintain accurate documentation
High School Diploma or Equivalent

 

Preferred Qualifications

1–2 years of experience supporting senior-level staff or physicians
Prior experience in a hospital, surgical practice, or specialty clinic
Familiarity with medical scheduling systems and electronic health records (Epic or other EHR/EMR systems)
