Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $141.96 per hour
• OT (after 40 hours): 1.3x pay rate
• Night Call: $390 per shift
• 24-hour Call: $1,300 per day

What You’ll Do

• Assist in vascular and cardiovascular surgeries, including vein harvesting and abdominal aortic aneurysm repairs
• Support surgeons as a first assistant during procedures like bypass grafting
• Provide intraoperative support and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Handle vein harvesting and other advanced surgical techniques
• Support the surgical team with documentation and intraoperative procedures
• Participate in occasional call coverage and PTO shifts as needed

What You Need

• Active NCCPA certification or BC-NP with RNFA certification
• Valid state license, Oklahoma preferred (or willing to license)
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of surgical assisting experience in cardiovascular or vascular surgeries
• Proficiency in EVH (endoscopic vein harvesting) and intraoperative support
• Ability to work efficiently within a multidisciplinary team
