- Shift: Day shift, 3x11 hours (07:00 - 18:00), with occasional evening call (few during scheduled periods)
- Hours/week: 33 hours/week (average)
- Employment Type: Contract/Per diem
- License/Certs: Active Physician Assistant license, BLS, ACLS, PALS (or willing to obtain)
- Experience: Prefer 1-2 years in trauma/emergency care or related setting
Pay & Benefits- Hourly Rate: $140.40/hour

What You’ll Do- Provide trauma and emergency patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Chart and document patient care accurately using Epic EMR
- Conduct patient rounds and communicate findings to the team
- Assist in trauma resuscitations and procedure support
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality care
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
- Respond to on-call requirements as scheduled, with minimal overnight calls
What You Need
Required:
- Active Physician Assistant license in Idaho or willing to license
- Prior experience in trauma or emergency medicine preferred
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications (or willing to obtain)
- Comfortable charting and rounding in fast-paced trauma setting
Preferred:
- 1-2 years of trauma/emergency care experience
- Epic EMR familiarity
