We're seeking a leader with a solid track record in either Ambulatory Surgery Center leadership or hospital surgical leadership enriched by ASC exposure.
As our facility continues to grow, we collaborate with physicians to manage and expand ambulatory surgery centers and surgical hospitals nationwide, driven by a commitment to excellence in patient care. In this leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, working closely with medical professionals, staff, and governance bodies to boost clinical quality, enhance operational efficiency, and foster an exceptional environment for both patients and employees.
Your key responsibilities will include guiding the facility's operations, liaising with the Governing Board, Medical Staff, and various departments, and ensuring seamless communication and reporting of activities. You'll also be tasked with strategic planning for services offered and overall facility management, ensuring continuity of leadership during any absences.
