Blueprints, CNC (Computerized Numerical Control) Systems, Detail Oriented, Grinding, OSHA, Quality Control, Safety/Work Safety, Tolerance Analysis
Duties:
- Experience setting up and operating surface grinding equipment
- Basic knowledge of Stahli grinder preferred
- Ability to support integrating current and future products into CNC grinding processes
- Maintain a safe working environment per OSHA standards
- Learn new CNC and grinding equipment quickly
- Perform machine set-ups, identify proper fixtures, and select required grinding wheels
Requirements:
-Hand-skill and steady-hand control
-Quality control: Ability to visually inspect parts
-Blueprints reading: Understanding finish specifications, tolerances, and surface roughness symbols.
-Attention to detail: Meticulous focus to detect tiny imperfections.
-Concentration: High focus during repetitive tasks
- 2nd shift 2pm-10pm
- 3rd shift 10pm-6am
