Summary
Supervises all aspects of food production and service operations. Utilizes management principles to achieve service outcome and cost. Collaborates with director coordinators and team members to develop and monitor Impact Care. Performs TM functions to include interviewing hiring selecting performance appraisals and disciplinary actions and terminations scheduling training and payroll. Organizes the receiving storing rotating and inventory of food and supplies to meet production and service requirements. Perform other duties as assigned.
