This is a full-time position with the schedule of:
Responsibilities
Complete and maintain certification to either:
Safely operate large-capacity vehicles (10-12 passenger vans and wheelchair buses) in compliance with DOT regulations and local laws, or
Administer medications in accordance with 65G-7 regulations and Quest procedures, including medication administration, monitoring, documentation, counts, disposal, and pharmacy communication
Provide compassionate support while ensuring dignity, respect, personal rights, and professional communication for all individuals served.
Implement active treatment plans, behavior supports, and service goals that promote independence, daily living skills, socialization, leisure activities, and community inclusion.
Accurately complete all required documentation related to care, activities, health status, and program outcomes.
Assist with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, hygiene, toileting, feeding, and mobility support.
Safely lift, transfer, and reposition individuals using approved techniques and equipment.
Monitor and report health, safety, behavioral, and equipment concerns; respond appropriately to emergencies and incidents, including reporting suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation.
Provide supervision, engagement, and meaningful social interaction throughout the day.
Maintain a safe, clean living environment through routine housekeeping duties.
Attend required trainings and meetings, follow all Quest policies and procedures, and perform other duties as assigned.
