Riverwood Center is located in beautiful Southwest Michigan with staff at seven sites across Berrien County. We are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities and a member of Southwest Michigan Behavioral Health, Michigan Association of Community Mental Health Boards, and the National Council for Behavioral Health.

Responsibilities:
·        Provides Supported Employment services by assisting individually with mental illness 
         and/or intellectual and developmental disabilities to obtain and sustain employment
         that is consistent with their vocational goals and recovery. 
·        Actual work hours may fluctuate and include weekend hours as part of a regular work schedule

Qualification :
·        Bachelor’s degree in mental health or social services, business, personnel management,
         vocational services or 5 years’ experience in a related area
 ·       One to two years’ experience assisting individuals with employment and prefer providing
         treatment to individuals with a mental illness and work independently
.        Must have reliable means of transportation for transporting consumers and maintain
         safe driving record
