RFMH is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as a Supported Education Employment Specialist (SEES) for the Washington Heights Community Service (WHCS) OnTrackNY team. OnTrackNY is a Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) treatment program, based at the NYS Psychiatric Institute/ Columbia Department of Psychiatry, premier research, clinical, and academic center. OnTrackNY serves teens and young adults experiencing early psychosis. Our mission is to empower young people to make meaning of their experiences and to pursue their goals for school, work, and relationships.
The SEES is a full-time, on-site position supporting participants in meeting their goals for school and work. OnTrackNY offers hopeful, youth-friendly, recovery-oriented work; a supportive & collaborative team-based approach; low participant care load; training and technical assistance in the CSC model; and a learning community of experts and colleagues.
