We seek a Service Coordinator for our Waterloo Supported Living Program. In this position, you will supervise, train, schedule, and direct support professional staff. In this position, you will serve as a resource for supported living staff and maintain positive working relationships with persons served and their families.
Qualifications
• A bachelor's degree in a human services or related field, preferred, or equivalent education and experience
• Two years of progressive experience working with persons with disabilities, preferred
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office 365, and keyboarding skills
• Meet requirements for background checks, including criminal records and abuse registry
• Valid driver's license, ability to be covered by agency insurance, and willingness to drive company vehicles
• Have a reliable vehicle to fulfill responsibilities in the absence of the agency vehicle
